We heard about Richard through a neighbor friend and are so grateful. He's what you want out of a contractor. Richard takes the time to make sure things are done right, he's a great communicator and works hard. He remodeled two of our bathrooms. They turned out better than we could have imagined. They are gorgeous and we get constant compliments on them.

A year later, we hired Richard again to redo our back wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders to the backyard. It required new framing, header, stucco, etc. Wow, what a transformation. The space looks like a high-end home. Again, better than we could have imagined. Pictures don't do it justice!
