He grew a trustworthy and reputable company, later welcoming his brother Seth and father Michael to the team. The family team brings over 25 years of experience in mechanical systems and commercial oversight. They are accountable for maintaining high-rise office buildings and multi-use facilities. My brother, father, and I co-own and operate Shield Maintenance, providing services to the DFW area. With experience in both commercial and residential construction and maintenance.
