I had a nightmare lanscaping/drainage problem after an a#$hole neighbor reported me to the city, leading to a violation. I hired an engineer and they and the neighbor's engineer went back and forth for more than a year, with no end in sight, until Steve heard about my problem while working on something else in my house and said he could help. I was completely shocked when he had both a plumbing and a building inspector on my property the very next day! He has been around the block and knows how things work in San Francisco, and has worked with all the city inspectors for years. He hashed out a proposal on the spot that the inspectors said would work, and implemented it for the price he quoted. He got me out of my predicament when all hope was lost. Thank you Steve!

We've used SHG Plumbing several times in the past few years. They have always done an excellent job and have gone above and beyond in their work. Steve has responded quickly to emergency plumbing needs, and has come out or sent workers on the weekend when needed. He's repaired inadequate work done by other plumbers, and always explains what he's doing. His pricing is very reasonable, and he's our go-to guy for any plumbing needs.

I recently ran into Steve from SHG Plumbing at a new construction building. He was a nice guy and he was on time, a rarity for most contractors I have worked with. Its tough to find reliable folks, and I work in Real Estate so I have met a ton of contractors. I would give him a try.

He came over and checked out my space and gave me a great price, and started work. 3 weeks later, I had a full gorgeous bathroom down to the finishes, where once had been just a shell of a room with no plumbing.

They also came and fixed my sewer vent cap. Everyone was friendly, considerate and cleaned up after themselves.

If you want a team that will show up on time, actually early (yes early!), and take care of things without you having to look over their shoulder, look no further!
