Incredible service! Friendly, honest, efficient and fast! Amazing service! They got to my house, we're able to pinpoint a very tough leak without breaking down the house. They found the problem super fast, fixed and I'm very happy I can use my shower again without flooding the Downstairs! Thanks again Shetler crew! You rule !

My friend who is a property manager for multiple apartment buildings here in Santa Monica referred me to Shetler Plumbing. She mentioned that although they are a San Clemente based company, they do a lot of business in L.A. and she had worked with them on a few projects. I wanted an outdoor shower installed on the side of my house so I gave them a call. Chad suggested a piping system that would take all the shower water and recycle and reused it to water my yard. What a brilliant idea and they did the most detailed and professional job. They were able to work with my busy schedule and provide me with a clear estimate for the job. The shower was done in an efficient and professional manner and I will certainly be using Shetler Plumbing again.

Jay Shetler came to my house to give me an estimate and suggested I file a claim for water damage. Started claim and he promised to send them all the documentation. Everything started off great then he disappeared. Insurance kept calling me and he left me in limbo.
After numerous calls, emails and texts, I was told by a woman in his office to find a new plumber, he's too busy. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to keep someone waiting for a month and never return their phone calls. At least have the decency to let them know what is going on. Also, man up and make the call yourself, don't have someone else do it for you that has no clue what's going on. Even the insurance company said they are lying to you! Very rude!!!

I had a tankless water heater fail; Shetler Plumbing responded immediately and did a great job finding a replacement and installing it within the day. Jay and his son Chad were professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.
