This company is very professional and Neil is awesome to work with. Great follow up without being pushy, presented multiple options for a complete HVAC system and explained the differences in detail. I highly recommend that you get Sherlock in the mix for HVAC install, repair and the other services they offer!

I called Sherlock to repair my heater, they charged me $99 just to look at it. Then the serviceman proceeded to say, you have to replace this part for 200, & this part for 700 before I can even tell you if I can fix it...very inadequate company and a bunch of thieves!!! Stay away from these people!!!

Jonathan, your technician, showed up right on time, friendly and helpful -- and wearing a mask. He listened well to our concerns and completely addressed (and fixed) our problems -- including some that would have caused damage down the line. We're very happy with the work he did and the price seemed fair. In fact, we were so impressed with his knowledge and service, we signed up for your loyalty club and plan to use you exclusively for heating and air conditioning in the future. Jonny arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He was going to provide an estimate to replace a broken sump pump, but after evaluating it he ended up repairing the existing unit, saving us hundreds of dollars. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

I had an emergency leak on December 23. It was difficult to find anyone to come out two days before Christmas! Sherlock Plumbing sent Greg out and he found my leak quickly and easily.
