I would not recommend Sheren to anyone. I has just moved into a home and the furnace died in March when it is still quite cold out. My dad called around and worked out a plan with Sheren. He made a large down payment and it was decided I would make monthly payments from that point. When I stopped in the office I was told no such arrangements had been made. Me, being single and not having the money for that kind of expense, had to have my dad pay the remainder of the bill because they gave us such a hard time about it and argued no payment arrangements were made. Then in March of the following year, I suddenly had no heat again, after just getting a brand new furnace the year prior. I called Sheren and they wouldn't give me the time of day. They didn't have anyone to come check it out anytime soon. I thought since I purchased a brand new furnace, perhaps they would take care of me a little quicker. I was further told that my warranty expired like not even a month prior. I swear the lady who told me that took delight in sharing that with me too. Her tone was snarky and rude! I then called Precision Plumbing and Heating who came out the same day AND honored the warranty since it had barely expired and I didn't even purchase my furnace from them! Now that's customer service!! I was told they put in the cheapest possible furnace and will likely have the same issue every year (bad ignitor) as that furnace is known for that. I'm furious about Sheren and the ""service"" provided. Absolute BS! I get the feeling they are prejudice about people who don't have a lot of money. Anyway this was my experience and I'll never deal with them again. They do not care about your business or taking care of their customers. It's all about the almighty dollar! Shame on you!

Used this company twice. The first time the technician was wonderful and very informative. The second time was unfortunately not the same. The technician was not as professional, and although he replaced two things on my heating system, I'm still having the same issue, and am no closer to having it repaired even after paying a significant amount of money.

first time calling Sheren for NO HEAT after I took thermostat off to put up paneling. My system is in my new home and is complicated with large circuit boards operating the whole thing, I was worried I shorted something out. The technician was AWSOME . He found that I had blown a fuse at the motor when I touched 2 wires from the thermostat. He took me aside explained what went wrong and showed me the fuse and how to replace it and left me a spare .THATS the kind of service u can depend on . TRUSTWORTHY PROFESSIONAL and DEPENDABLE. They are my go to people now. so thanks SHEREN. NEW CUSTOMER !!!!!!

I called them out to clean out the lines. The person that came out was rude and condescending. He did not do what he was asked to do because he said it was septic not plumbing. He left and charged me for an hours worth of work. The company is less than 5 minutes from my property. I called and left message for the management. They dropped the price of the visit down $15 for a total of over $100. So what $100 buys from this company is for a guy to drive 5 minutes be rude and condescending to the customer and not do what the customer asked. I highly advise against them.
