We specialize in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning solutions for residential and commercial clients with offices located in Traverse City and Petoskey. Sheren Plumbing, Heating and Cooling started over 45 years ago in the founder's home in Traverse City with just a few plumbers and the founder himself, and now boasts a workforce of over 85 at two locations.

Born and raised in the Hannah/Kingsley region, Jerry attended St. Mary's School through high school. Jerry's great-grandparents homesteaded in the Kingsley area after arriving from Germany. Jerry enlisted in the Air Force straight out of high school when the Vietnam War was starting. After four years of honorable service, he trained as a plumber in Massachusetts through the GI Bill. He started a family there before relocating back to Traverse City in 1975. In 1977, he launched Sheren Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.

In addition to his military background that led him to this field, Jerry holds the necessary licenses to operate a business. His credentials include master plumber, plumbing contractor, mechanical contractor, and boiler licenses. Through 40 years of commitment and perseverance, Jerry has established the successful enterprise that is Sheren Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. With an eye on the future, Jerry is eager to semi-retire and spend more time with his family at their cabin in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
