On a Thursday night, I submitted for a quote to install a new kitchen faucet and an under-the-sink water filtration system. First thing in the morning on Friday I had a message from Travis who then was able to schedule the work for the following Monday.

The work was done efficiently and well. Within a couple of hours, everything was completed and the area was fully cleaned up. Travis was extremely clear in his explanations of all the work he did, and also extremely clear about the work he would do at the outset. We're thrilled with the end result and so happy we connected with Shepherd & Sons (and Travis in particular)!

We now have found our new go-to plumbers in the area! Couldn't be happier. These guys are great - highly recommend them!!

These guys were great! I used Yelp to get matched for a main pipe repair connecting to my upstairs sink, and I knew going into this project it may be costly because you had to open up a wall to access the pipe, but I already dealt with two other people who barely looked into the problem and couldn't fix it (one of which repaired something completely unrelated costing me an unnecessary extra $500). They were the first company to respond to my repair request, they scheduled a time to come out right away (same week), came within the window of time they gave me, was transparent with me the whole time (even sending me pics while I was at work)-and most important of all-THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM! My only critique was that when they opened the wall, they don't put it back together- that threw off guard so I had to get someone else to put it back together. All in all I'd hire them again!

Travis helped us install a new Toto low flush toilet and heated bidet seat this winter. It's been life changing to have a clean, functional toilet in an old building--Travis's service was fast, kind, and informative through each step. He was especially knowledgeable in dealing with old plumbing infrastructure and gave tips on affordable Home Depot fixes for things we could do ourselves.

Travis was exceptional in solving my bathroom sink and shower issues (related to draining issue and water flow issues, respectively)! I had requested a quote on Yelp for plumbing support and he was the first to respond within minutes, offering week of availability. Travis provided an arrival window when initially scheduling, and was extremely communicated his timing morning off. Upon arrival, he quickly assessed the situation, laying out all potential options, and offered to get to work on the looking into the two issues or potentially rescheduling for another day. During the same visit, he was able to remediate both issues in under 2 hours (including multiple testing), as well as installing a new shower head for me! Would highly recommend Shepherd and Sons to anyone in need of immediate plumbing needs, and will definitely be using for any future needs (though hopefully won't have anytime soon)!

He was able to accomodate my last minute request and we were his 1st appointment the following day.
Travis was able to quickly determine the source of our dishwasher's leak and advised on how to best resolve the issue. The fee for the site visit was more than fair, and Travis was a true professsional from beginning to end.

These guys are extremely disappointing. They responded quickly first and even came out to check out the job. They said they would send an estimate that same evening. We messaged them when we didn't receive it, understanding that it might have been the holiday. They mentioned we would have it following Monday. Still no quote. We followed up again, they said we would have it that evening. No quote. They said they would call me at lunch to discuss, I received no phone call. I tried calling and never got a call back. They mentioned again that I would have it by the end of the week. Have not heard a word from them. Not sure what's going on over there or why they can't do what they say they are going to do, but I was hopeful and very disappointed in the end.
