Our steam shower NEVER worked properly after two plumbers and now purchasing a third steam unit Shenandoah installed it correctly. It was never a problem with the units; rather the installers! Shenandoah came on Christmas Eve to help out! We would call them anytime!

Wayne and his crew have done work at our house in Reston on a number of occasions since 2014, both water and gas related. They are thoroughly professional, clean, and dedicated to excellent service and outcomes. The last time they were out, they came with a full crew on very short notice, and worked after usual business hours to solve our issues as quickly as possible. Then Wayne followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was okay.
I recommend Shenandoah Valley wholeheartedly and wouldn't consider using another plumbing company.

I have used Shenandoah Valley plumbing for nearly 10 years now. They repeatedly do fantastic work at a fair price. As with most plumbing issues, once you uncover one issue there can be more. Everything was always explained thoughtfully and thoroughly.

The shower leaks when the bathtub faucet is turned on. This simply points to the diverter that directs the water either up to the shower or down into the bathtub faucet. So instead of working on the diverter, he orders the cartridge that controls hot and cold water! After a week, he comes in and replaces the cartridge and guess what, nothing changed with the leak.
He says he'll ask the landlords if they want him to cut into the assembly and the pipes and he also says the landlords probably want it to stay like this.
He starts talking smack when asked for details on whats wrong or what the fix will be.
I opened the back panel and showed him the diverter assembly.
I asked, can you fix the diverter by unscrewing the joints instead of cutting the copper pipes?
He said yeah I can unscrew, glue it back, tattoo it, then glue it back on.
In short, the shower still leaks and Shenandoah gets to insult the customer and charge for something completely unnecessary. This review is about Pablo @ Shenandoah Valley Plumbing

BTW, what kind of plumber goes into the house to the second floor with their dirty shoes?
