Actually , Mr Shelton and his son were extremely great. He was recommended through by Home Serve. We had a problem with a cracked kitchen pipe leading to the basement, Mr. shelton informed us how he and his son could fix the situation. It was a big job to us, what they had to do. Mr Shelton and his son showed us and explained what they did. NOT ONLY THAT, but he and his son left the area neat and tidy. Which is sometimes uncommon when contractors work in the house. Pipe froze and burst on Christmas Eve. Called Mr. Shelton and he came within 24 hours of the initial call. He was prompt, professional, polite, and done within an hour. His pricing is fair and honest. Would recommend this company 1000 times over! My favorite part was he didn't have to go get parts or equipment. Whatever he needed was with him.

I would not recommend this plumbing company. Very unprofessional and overpriced. I had to redo everything they did, which cost me time and money. They did not clean up and threw all of the empty boxes in the back yard. They installed a new kitchen sink which kept leaking. They refused to re-fix the bathroom floor which they destroyed. I ended up fixing it myself. We ended up in small claims court so I could recoup some of my money. Good luck trying to find a reputable plumber.

Shelton's plumbing knows their stuff. I spoke with the owner about a quote for a water shut off valve install for a refrigerator. He throughly explained how an install would go about and the best way to have it set up. Would recommend to others to have them to take care of your plumbing needs.
