I saw their ad on craigslist, responded with a description of our bathroom remodel, David wrote back and said he was interested. We set a time for him to come over and take a look. He didn't show, he didn't call to say you wouldn't make it, and he hasn't responded to texts since. Unreliable would be an understatement. Good thing we didn't hire him.

Our shower lever, in our bathroom stall, has been leaking for a couple of weeks. We finally got the part, via mail, from Home Depot (free, due to lifetime warranty, so can't complain too much about the time it took), and took apart our shower to replace the cartridge. YouTube makes it look so easy. Taking everything apart was easy. Putting it back together, not so easy. The problem is getting the cartridge lined up perfectly in the housing. So, after fighting with it for a couple of hours, on a Friday evening I called my go-to plumber and received no answer and no call back. After almost an hour, I looked at the reviews from my online neighborhood association for plumbers, and found this guy repeatedly recommended. So, I called. He was in the middle of dinner with his family, and still answered the phone. He was willing to come after dinner, and he fixed our finicky cartridge in ten minutes, due to experience we don't have. I will say, for those who may call him, he only accepts cash or check, and of course, there is an extra fee for after hours. He was very friendly and very understanding. I highly recommend him.
