Jake showed up right in the window they said he would. He was very friendly and completed the work quickly as well as correctly! I am very happy I chose them for this. He was also really chill about the cat, I tried to trap him in the office with me, but he escaped and apparently chilled down in the kitchen with him. Any Plumbing needs in the future I will for sure be back here!

I can not recommend these guys enough and I've been telling everyone who will listen about them since they were here. We got ripped off and ghosted by another plumber, so I called Shelton Plumbing. They came out same day and had my problem fixed in less than an hour and literally saved me thousands of dollars. To top it all off, they were extremely conscious of COVID protocols and made sure I was comfortable with everything they were doing, even down to placing their clipboard on my table. I've been beaming all week and I'm just SO elated to have found a great, trustworthy company to call when we need them. Thanks again guys!!!

Called Shelton Plumbing to replace my hot water heater. It was a Friday and they were willing to come out that day but I was leaving and scheduled them for Monday Morning between 8:30 and 9:30. The doorbell rang at 8:31 AM and I met Jake and Chris at the door. Very professional with boot covers and clean drop cloths. Both guys were a pleasure to work with. I have a difficult closet installation where the hot water tank has to be lifted over the gas line running up through the floor. They were careful and did a clean and professional installation. Everything was done in less than an hour. I'm a former Remodeler - retired and these guys were excellent. Price was good too!

I was definitely disappointed with this company. My general contractor brought them to my house to replace two shut off values at my meter and install a pressure regulator. My contractor got a quote from them for $350. I thought the price was a little high but agreed to have them do the job.

My contractor called me after the work was finished to let me know the pressure regulator wasn't needed so it wasn't installed but the bill came in at $451.00

The bill went up 30% from the original quote and they didn't install the regulator.

I was charged $319 for labor and $132.00 for parts.

So it was $451 for two shutoff values!

Looking at my security cameras they were here 2 hours.

I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Many times you find contractors to not answer their phones let alone go out of their way for weeks to fix a noisy toilet. Not only has John spend countless hours in my home for various reasons but he's always looking into finding a better way to fix a toilet or sink or tub. To say Shelton plumbing is a good contractor is an understatement. They have always been on time, work swiftly, and pay attention to the small details. Anytime you need a shower toilet or sink fixed, I would highly recommend you give them a call.
