We had several things we needed handled and Shelton had previously resolved an issue that another plumber left for us to handle after they did a poor repair job. This time we had them come out and replace four faucets, set a toilet, replace turn off valves, fix a leak under the kitchen sink and eventually clean out a clogged line. Not all of that was originally planned but they identified the issues while working on what I asked for and they fixed them today along with the planned work - which saved me time, trouble and another service fee. The two plumbers Kenny and Ryan were pleasant, courteous and very professional. It wasn't cheap, but it was never going to be with all that work needed. I feel the price was reasonable and fair for the amount of work we had done. I will call Shelton again in the future. Oh, did I mention they were done with all that by 2pm? (they started around 8).

These guys did a great job. Very friendly. They showed up quickly and repaired my water leak. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars was the price was pretty ridiculous.

We had a plumber from Shelton Plumbing do prepurchase plumbing work of our home. Two plumbing problems were identified by our home inspector. He said be sure to have them checked out. Problem #1 - Laundry room washing machine drain appeared to not be draining. Shelton ' s plumber said pipe was small and installed a genius valve. FYI a genius valve voids a washing machine warranty. REAL PROBLEM WAS A COLLAPSED PEA TRAP UNDER THE FOUNDATION. Problem #2 - Kitchen sink was being drained to the outside of the house. Shelton ' s plumber said he put the outside cap on tested the sink and all was good. REAL PROBLEM WAS A COLLAPSED PIPE JOINT UNDER THE FOUNDATION.
My cost to fix both problems was approximately $7800. That cost should have been paid by the seller. But because Shelton Plumbing did an incompetent job I bought the home and then had to pay for repairs. I have repeatedly (4) asked Shelton to come to my home and see the damages. They have not come. Only one call to tell me I am wrong.

Called Shelton plumbing early in the morning had a tech at hour house with in an hour. Was not an emergent type issue. John came in and did the job quickly. He fixed our issues and went beyond the requirement anyone would have thought to make sure we were completely satisfied. He pulled a toilet out to repair and when we had repainted the bathroom earlier in the year we couldn't get behind the toilet. While he had it out we asked him if we could paint the spot behind the toilet. He actually took the roller and hit the small spot that was unpainted. I have used Shelton Plumbing before and they have always been great but this time beyond my expectations. Don't hesitate to use Shelton's.
