Reliable, honest, hardworking. Prompt in responding to messages. Gary basically had someone over within 24 hours. I confirmed in the 11th hour and they still showed up. Although this was a trouble shooting problem, I'm definitely going to use them for future plumbing issues. All the 5 stars are legit! Thanks Gary, life is stressful, finding a good, honest plumber shouldn't be one of them!

I contacted Shellback and they got back to me right away and sent a team out within hours. I had a complex plumbing problem that involved a vent pipe that needed to be replaced and pipes that needed to be jetted out with water. Two previous plumbers I worked with incorrectly diagnosed the problem and were not able to fix it, costing me a lot of money. One of the plumbers even said that I would have to just live with the issue and it could not be fixed. When the 2 guys from Shellback were unable to snake my pipes (which they worked hours on) to fix the issue they did not charge me for it. They then jetted my pipes and it fixed the issue that I have had for over a year. These guys really know what they are doing, I highly recommend them.

Great service & pricing. Fast. And most of all, trustworthy. Like anyone else, I'm always afraid of getting price gouged or trying to be sold on services I don't need. My downstairs bathroom was pushing out water when my upstairs shower was running. I called Shellback and Gary immediately responded to my voicemail (like within 10-15 min), scheduled me that morning and provided a price quote that he absolutely stuck to. Chad, the plumber that arrived, quickly assessed the issue and snaked my drains within roughly an hour's timeframe getting my house up and running again! He was so polite and friendly. I told him he was my hero! Even my neighbor asked for his card. Thank you so much for the great service and honesty.

Found this company on yelp, because I had a leaking water heater, spoke with Jenny who was very nice. She said she could have a technician at my house in only 30 minutes. I thought yeah right!, but sure enough he showed up as promised that fast. The tech was Alex who was a good guy, although he gave me bad news that I needed a new water heater. So i gave the OK and he got to work right away. Thorough in explaining what he needed to do to complete the job right. I paid more than what I expected the cost would be, But i felt good about the work he did and didn't feel ripped off. Glad I found this company on yelp.

My home warranty gave me Gary's number yesterday.
Upon calling him he said he still hasn't got the schedule ready and to call him back within an hour that's when he is going to start with his schedule.
Called him back 3 hours later and he said he still hasn't gotten a Chance to let me know and it's already 6pm.

Then I mentioned that I need a time frame because it's Friday last day of the week so I can organize my day.
I guess that was too much for him because he said call back your home warranty and say I am not being sufficient enough and get another service.
And then hung up.

Already being frustrated with the situation at home with the water heater or your plumbing.
This is not the company for you to call due to the lack of Efficiency In customer service knowledge.
They are going to make your day even worst than it is.

In my opinion they might be good at what they do.
But they are horrible at customer service.

Wouldn't recommend it if you need a profession job done.

This company is great. I had to deal with my home warranty people. They were giving me trouble regarding a repair. He sat on the phone and talked me through it. He examined my plumbing pictures for free and wrote me up an advisement to give to the home warranty people. He did not charge me for this. It shows that he is not only doing his business for the money he took the time to help me without being concerned about a fee. Thank you so much. This company is the best and I will remember them and use them if I need assistance with plumbing in the future.

Shellback Plumbing saved the day-the week! Very professional. I called them based on Yelp reviews to get a second opinion on replacing our water heater. The first plumber was contracted through our home warranty. The first plumber said there were several issues not up to code and it would be a week until they could fix everything. No hot water for a week?!
Shellback came within a few hours, explained what needed to be fixed and came back the same day and installed our new water heater (and brought everything up to code). They also cleaned up the work space, and even rolled up our hoses and put them away. Thanks Alex & Eddy.
We will definitely use Shellback again!

Today we have Alex and Eddy come and help snake the pipes our house after the toilets started to overflow. They came day of and answered our call first thing this morning.
