So you know how when you have a really great experience with a company on every level? That's what's going to happen if you use this company. I don't know who trained these folks, from the person who answer's the phone to the plumber that does the work but they did it right.

The first thing you'll notice is that they're telling you the truth, then they pleasantly do what they say they're going to do FOR THE PRICE THEY QUOTED.

You definitely want to ask for Eddy, this is the second time we've used them and when I requested Eddy there was an extra day wait but totally worth it.

Very happy with the prompt and friendly service to repair a clogged drain. Gary was scheduled to arrive between 1:00-3:00 and showed up at 1:00. He did a great job and I plan to call him for the next thing that I will be working on.

Had a leak from the extension tube under the kitchen sink and called my home warranty to send someone over. Home warranty contacted Shellback. When Alex from Shellback arrived (who by the way is incredible), was able to identify the issue as being caused by a hole that had been poorly drilled too low into a pipe above the extension tube by our water filtration company who had improperly installed it one week prior. Long story short, because my home warranty didn't cover that type of repair I'll most likely be calling Shellback back here to fix it out-of-pocket. Alex went above and beyond. I think I just found my go-to plumbing company.

We were given a text message when the installer, Alex Huerta, was on his way. He was right on time, was friendly, and professional. The price matched the quote, and the job was completed in a timely manner.

I also like that they use an American company, with a good reputation, for their water heaters. And the price is definitely competitive.
