Shellback is awesome. I find out about them in a roundabout way, but since then I've used them for 3 different jobs. They're fantastic. When I call the office number, I always got someone right away who was ready to help. They're very responsive - sent a guy out New Years weekend when we had a water leak in our kitchen.

On top of that, they're reasonable on price and most importantly, they fix things the right way. No Mickey Mouse jobs.

Danny is the man! He figured out the root cause of a leak we had, cut the concrete, fixed the pipe, and refilled concrete. He did a fantastic job. I won't use any other plumbing company as long as I'm in the area.

David came out the next day as requested and swapped out my refrigerator water supply outlet box and values and washing machine water supply outlet box and values. David did a great job and was quick with the repair.

Overall, the job was well done, at a fair price, and Danny was a nice guy. However, here are the reasons I am giving four stars instead of five: 1) time frame window was originally 10am to 12 pm, and he wasn't able to make it until after 1:30. Understandable since weekends get busy, but messed my schedule up a bit. 2), after my faucet was installed, that night I discovered that my dishwasher wasn't working. The next day I noticed my reverse osmosis water purifier wasn't working either! Bottom line, the plumber had accidentally dislodged the electrical plug during the work under my sink- a simple fix, but for a non-tech girl like me I was stressed out until I was able to troubleshoot the problem. Little things mean a lot!

On Saturday my house almost flooded, I called Shellback plumbing and they had Albert out to my house in about 30 min. He wasn't able to clear it with the snake. So he had to come back Monday and install a new clean out and then was able to successfully clear out my main line. Also had them do the hydro jet since there were roots in the line. He was professional, and got it done in a timely manner. I will call them again if I ever have any other problems at my home. Highly recommend this company.
