We recently had an issue with our HVAC system - the AC was shutting down and restarting in short bursts - still cooling well, but sounding and acting strangely. Since Sheldon's had installed the system about 18 months ago I called them to come out and diagnose and repair.
Victor came out a few days later to do the work. He did a comprehensive job of evaluating the system and did the repair.
Afterward he showed me photos of the important parts of the system, explained the issue, and used before and after photos to demonstrate what and why he made repairs after the fix. I felt like I got a clear and easy to understand cause and repair of the problem. Best of all it was fully covered by the warranty.
Victor was professional and thorough - I recommend him and Sheldon's for your HVAC needs.

Cant say enough good things about Sheldons, We had another company recommend replacing our unit they said it wasn't worth fixing. Tim from Sheldons came out figured out the problem that the other company had actually caused and had our system back up and running in 2 hours.

Sheldon's recently replaced my electric box and installed a new tankless hot water heater at my house. I chose them because they had installed HVAC at my house some years ago. Again, I was not disappointed. They stuck to their estimates. Their workers were tidy, friendly, and careful about their work. One even did a small repair on my utility porch door--no charge! I feel confident that Sheldon's will stand behind their work if a problem should arise.
