AC went out, of course just when you don't need it to. Have a service contract with Sheldon's. They did forewarn me about the AC system going down and gave me an estimate of time. They were right on the money. I was hoping to make it through another season, alas no.
Service Tech analyzed my options and gave me scenarios.
Not good. After creating options for replacement, arranged my financing and showed up the following day to do the installation. Done in record time, no fuss, no bother.
Great guys and service team. Best experience I have had so far with renovating my house. Now, hopefully, I AM DONE!!

UPDATE: Business manager Art reached out to me and personally came to inspect the damage to my ceiling. Upon inspection Art assured me that Sheldon would make this right. He coordinated a painter to come to my home and re-painted my ceiling. The stain is now gone and everything looks good.

Excellent service and affordable prices. Art was quick to response to my questions and very knowledgeable. He was punctual to the appointment and provided me with a phone call update with his ETA. During a recent AC tuneup, I found out my cell phone service had expired that morning. Luckily for me, the technician, JC, lent me his phone so I could call my cell provider and renew my plan. This was my first experience with Sheldon's Heating and AC. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was so friendly. From the estiment to the finished installation of our new HVAC unit to the new ducts and vents. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Fantastic service! I love Sheldon's. They treat you like family. I've been using them for 3years. Had a/c installation planned and on the day my husband passed away. Even my salesman came and gave me hugs. They installed and totally took care of my maintenance dates from there on out. I'm now in a different home and they have totally followed with me. No hassles. Completely reliable for any of your needs. My guy yesterday,Brian, even programmed my thermostat for me in like 2 minutes. My daughter and I had tried so many times and couldn't figure it out. Dillion is an Amazing employee!!! He explains everything in terms a lay person can understand and he's so incredibly knowledgeable!!! He serviced and fixed my air conditioning unit and it's running fantastic!!! The receptionist is also competent and helpful. If there were more stars to give in this rating, I'd do it!!!
