Called regarding a plumbing issue, appointment was made for early next morning, arrived on time. Technician Connor arrived on time, evaluated the problem and resolved it quickly. Connor was professional, friendly and explained what needed to be done. They will be our go to company when another issue occurs.

Paul Tabb was excellent. Very polite, wore shoe covers and kept me informed of the work being done. Repaired our leaking toilet, very organized and clean. Triple checked his work. The plumber estimated one hour per faucet to clean and repack 5 bathroom faucets and 2 tub faucets, and one kitchen faucet and fix a frozen tub drain. The estimate was $1900. We contacted Trevarrow Plumbing and they estimated under $500. When Trevarrow Plumbing arrived (on time) they fixed the 5 bathroom faucets and 2 tub faucets in under an hour for $311.90.
1/5 the cost and 1/7 the time. To be fair, Shelby Mechanical is price for the same items would have been $1600. Still way too high!

Non emergency repair was scheduled for the next day. Paul showed up early and waited outside until the appointment time. Inspected and tested, explained results and discussed options. Charge was very fair, far less than expected. This is a company that you can trust!

He was a dedicated person that took his time doing it until it got cleared and cleaned after all that mess. Great company with good people working for the company. I had an emergency sewage back up and they resolved the issue within 24 hours. Very professional (the plumber used shoe covers!!) Gabe was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. Do not hesitate to call them. It is hard to find good reliable plumbers. I have other plumbing projects and will use their services.

The service person at my house was fine although a bit late. My main issue is the office billed me more than they quoted, and actually less work had been required. The ladies in the office are not people you can have a conversation with. I cannot comfortably recommend the company mostly because of the office staff. Update: I have since straightened out the invoice with the owner. Ron is pleasant and did confirm that I was initially overbilled due something unclear in the paperwork. That is resolved, but not before the office staff called me aggressively demanding $ and threatening me in a completely unwarranted and unprofessional manner. The owner said he'd look into that.

He came in initially to visit with me and my wife and was very knowledgable and have me great ideas of how to layout the plumbing in a very tight space.
