My family background is rooted in contracting. This provided me with a strong base for my career. Once I completed my Bachelor's in business, I knew I had to create my own venture. I focused on understanding the business side over the last few years. I obtained certifications to familiarize myself with the latest innovations.

The owner received support during the years it took to earn his degree. Upon starting his business, he sought ways to contribute to the community. Jade helps the homeless and those struggling with addiction by providing support to stay clean. He gives them the tools to develop skills that can lead to stable jobs. A contract is signed, ensuring they stay on the methadone program and refrain from drug use at work.

Contributing to the community brings fulfillment. While some may take advantage of the system, that’s to be expected. However, the few who genuinely seek to change their lives and improve themselves are what matter.
