I come from a lineage of contractors. This background gave me invaluable insights into the trade. With a Bachelor's Degree in business in hand, I was determined to launch my own business. I focused on understanding the business side over the last few years. I also pursued certifications to learn about the latest features available.

The owner received support during the years it took to earn his degree. Once he launched his business, he aimed to give back to the community. Jade helps the homeless and those struggling with addiction by providing support to stay clean. He offers them opportunities to learn skills that will help them secure employment. They are required to sign a contract committing to the methadone program and avoiding drugs on-site.

Helping the community is a gratifying experience. While some may take advantage of the system, that’s to be expected. Nonetheless, the few who sincerely wish to alter their lifestyles and achieve their goals are what truly matter.
