I was disappointed. I had a simple garbage disposal replacement job to be done. Bo quoted me defensively after having his employee remove it in 10 minutes, that it would take 2 hours total and that the labor would cost me $150 and the parts $170. After 1 hour and 20 minutes (that included drive time to the store and back, and 45 minutes total in the home), I got a basic garbage disposal that costs approx. $90 (with the plug) and a bill that said it cost me $170 and that the labor was 2 hours for $150 because I had to pay him to watch and hand parts to his employee who did all the work thus paying for 2 people. Clearly I overpaid for labor and for the basic Badger disposal.

We have since been contacted via email and there are plans to resolve it satisfactorily. I will say that the employee who came with Bo was experienced and efficient! He knows what he's doing. I only wish I got his name to give him said credit. I've learned a lot from this experience.

Best service I have ever had:
9:00 that sucks, my water heater is broken and I have a puddle in my basement.
9:05 Bo (owner) I have a puddle in the basement.
9:35 Bo arrives.
9:40 water heater ordered
10:00 guys arrive to install it.
11:00 done.
Nobody is that fast! Amazon can't even do that. Chick-fil-a on state is that fast, but that is the best service I have seen anytime.
Bo knows his stuff, honesty and experience has no substitute. Highly recommended.

Sheffield fixed my water main breakage. He showed up when he said he would. The job was done in a few hours and he stuck to his original quote despite having to dig down to the depths of hell to get to the water main line where the clownhole builders buried it.
