I guess if you want his service don't contact him via Yelp quote because even though we booked a solid appointment and I gave my address and phone number, he never showed up, never called, and didn't answer the phone when I reached out to him to see his eta. I waited an additional hour and he never showed up.

Shedrick was the only one of 15 or so plumbers I called at 8 pm (all said they were open on yelp) who answered the phone. He was very friendly and professional and agreed to come take a look at our problem on very short notice. He even rearranged his childcare schedule to accommodate us. He arrived on time, fixed our problem quickly, and charged a reasonable price. I won't hesitate to book him again!

Day after Thanksgiving our water heater broke, Shedrick responded to our Yelp request immediately. We tried to see what we could do on our own...he made recommendations on water heaters and came to do the install. He was professional, courteous and extremely helpful! Most installers wouldn't come to just do the install, but he was open to helping us in any way he could. Water Heater installed quickly given our tight maneuvering area. Would highly recommend his service -- would not hesitate to call him again!!

Shedrick started by helping me try to fix the problem on my own, and then when we determined it was slightly complicated, he was over in under an hour, with new parts in hand. Half an hour later he was on his way and nothing was leaking.

It was great to have Shedrick do the work for us. We needed an old gas line checked so PG&E could install a meter for our apartment. The line had not been used for almost 40 years. Of course, the line failed the tests. Shedrick then had to put in a new gas line up 6 floors on the outside of our building to our apartment. He arranged for the scaffolding at a reduced rate, did all the necessary plumbing, obtained the city inspection and permit, and was there when PG&E installed the meter. All was done efficiently, professionally and on time. I recommend Shedrick highly.

Shedrick is awesome! My review is long overdue. I called him at 9pm on a Sunday night, stressed out about a plumbing DIY fail. He was extremely helpful and able to come immediately the next morning. He even helped prepare for his visit by having me text him photos that evening. He was able to quickly fix our issue and put us at ease. He's extremely kind and knowledgeable. I am so happy I found Shedrick. I highly recommend him and will be sure to call him the next time I have plumbing needs!

Crisis averted! Thank goodness for Shedrick. He responded extremely fast to our emergency situation. My business was completely down and he got us up and running again. I took photos on my phone, measured the pipe that broke and its irregular fittings. I even Face-timed with him before he showed up. He was able to figure out the problem before he physically showed up to my business. When he arrived he had the right parts and a few extra incase our ""phone"" measurements were off. He quickly and neatly repaired our problem. He was reasonably priced because of how quickly he was able to fix everything.

This is my second review for Shedrick the Plumber. It was Saturday late afternoon, I heard some water trickling but didn't think anything of it, until I walked by my bathroom and my feet got wet. My toilet tank was leaking and the water made it to the hallway soaking the carpet. I panicked and tried to turn the water off but it was stuck. I remembered Shedrick from when I had no hot water a few years ago, he installed my hot water heater and not only that, he brought me a coffee when he came because he is a kind person and knew i was stressed. This time I called him and he came within the hour.

I really appreciate him for coming whenever I call, doing an extraordinary job and his professionalism in dealing with my cheapass landlord who doesn't give a shit about her tenants. I cannot recommend him enough, he is a true professional who has an extraordinary work ethic.

I called Shedrick early on a Friday morning and he arrived within the hour at my place of business where we were having issues with our toilet. He was kind and thorough and his work was a quick fix for 24 hours. We were able to stay open that day for business. Unfortunately, our plumbing issue returned. The problem was deep in our sewage lines so a plumber was hired by the building's owner to resolve the issue.
Shedrick checked in with me in the weeks after the incident to make sure things were moving along well and correctly with the other plumber. He was kind and patient with me and my lack of plumbing expertise. I would definitely call him again in the future if plumbing problems arise.
