Ryan was quick to respond and could not have been more honest with his quote. I own a rental property built in 1890. The new system was installed incorrectly and never work right from day 1.

Ryan's quite was accurate and fair, the finale invoice reflected that. He worked with me long distance from TX and stayed in contact frequently until the job was complete. He arrived on time and completed this work on time.

It has been 6 weeks and still nothing. If they are to busy or don't want to do it at least they could return my call and say so. ""0 Stars""

Ryan was a great help for me. I reached out to him to get a second opinion on an issue with my furnace that a different company had found. He was very knowledgable and courteous. He showed me step by step what he was doing and what the tests he was performing would accomplish. In the end, he was able to confirm my suspicions and report that my furnace was, in fact, operating just fine, albeit a bit old. He did not try to use any sneaky sales tactics and was just plain honest with me. He also provided some helpful advice with my current system that would hopefully prevent future issues. Although my furnace doesn't need to be replaced now, I will definitely be reaching out to Ryan and his company when the time comes that I need to replace my system.

Excellent! I returned home from a trip on father's day evening as the sun was going down to find the AC out. As I tried to reset breakers the power box the main breaker tripped and I could not reset it. Therefore, I was now in a darkening house with no air-conditioning or power. I found Sheaffer Electric & Mechanical on Yelp and called them right away. Ryan was reassuring on the phone and quick to respond. He had the power back on pronto and the AC working back to full capacity within a day. He offers thorough explanation of the issues and provides choices. He is reasonably priced, trustworthy and detail-oriented. I would absolutely recommend Shearer Electric & Mechanical for any of your home repair needs!

Started having central A/C problems spring the recent heat wave. On a weekend. System kept tripping the breaker. I left a msg for Ryan on Saturday night asking if he could come Monday Aug, 15, if the system Hung on through the weekend. We'll it was touch and go, but it kept working as long as it was reset. Ryan returned the call on Sunday and we arranged a time late in the day. Long story short, his response and communication was excellent. He called about 30 minutes before he arrived at the appointed time. He spent almost 3 hours there checking, cleaning and tuning this almost 40 year old unit. I thought I would need a new unit, but he got it working well. I would recommend Sheaffer to anybody.
