So I really don't know where to start. First visit Shea Plumbing came out I was told it was 99.95. They showed up at 10 and left 30 minutes later for equipment. They came back and was finished by 12. The price now changed from 99.95 to 139.50 an hour for two men. Remember that I said they left to get a tool but yet still finished by 12. So I was also charged for them not being prepared. So now we have went from 200 to 279.95. Should of been 150 from what they told me. Then a month and a half goes by and the same problem with my main line happens. They say they don't not guarantee their work and will come out for 50 dollars. I say just please get it done. They come out and are here for 20-30 min. They give a receipt that says they did the exact thing the first time. Then they go to put the cap on the main line outside and break it. They will not call me back nor answer any phone calls or texts. Just very poor customer service. The $279 would of been fine if they came back out and fixed for free instead of asking for more money when they didn't do the job right. It's a shame but also explains why they are one star on Yelp! Must be my fault for staying local!!!?

tech said they been busy
finally showed up around 5:00pm
stayed maybe 10 minutes and left to get a different tool
returned about 30 minutes later
worked 20 minutes (timed with phone)
said he needed another tool and would return first thing in the morning and would call before - said there was no charge for the time so far
no phone call
arrived around 10:30
worked 40 minutes (again timed)
finally cleared the clog
charged 1 hour 45 minutes even though they only worked a total of about an hour between the two days

poor communication, poorly prepared to properly handle the task, felt overcharged
