I called Shawn to fix a leak in my kitchen ceiling. When he came out he said it was our upstairs toilet. I told him we had the leak before it was from our upstairs washer. He fixed the toilet instead. The leak in the ceiling grew much larger so I called him back. He had previously told me he would need help taking the dryer down from the washer. I made an appointment with him a week later when I would have two men available to help him. He didn't show up. I called him he said ""I'm on his list"" and offered to come out 2 days later. He also told me he never said he needed to take the dryer down. He's on Facebook and I posted a review but I see it's been removed. You'll only see 5 star ratings there.
