Shawn answered my phone call on Labor Day weekend. He couldn't help me right away due to the holiday weekend, but he showed up on Tuesday and replaced my totally broken hot water heater. I watched him work and he was very conscientious. He doesn't need my review, as he says he's busy, so don't wait until your hot water heater breaks, schedule a replacement. I did call other plumbers that weekend and no other calls were returned. Thanks Shawn for a job well done.

Shawn is the best we had called him out to our home in November to give us a quote on a new water heater he came out explained all our options. We had gotten 3 other estimates and and Shawns was in the middle after looking them over and viewing product options We decided to go with him for our tankless hot-water heater install . He was very quick in setting up installation and worked quickly to have it installed. We also had an issue this Jan when our sump pump failed. Shawn is very dependable and does really great work we trust that he is going to recommend the best products for our plumbing and heating needs and we will always call him and recommend him to our friends and family

Shawn was fantastic - we called him in to swap out a leaky garbage disposal, fix some small things, but the biggest project was to replace a water heater installed INSIDE A WALL. We thought that it would be a good idea to change it out before it leaks on us, and it looked like a very expensive job that we could only trust to somebody as experienced and well reviewed as Shawn.

Long story short, Shawn not only figured out how to access the heater without having to tear down any walls, he also carefully inspected the setup from all sides and said that we could easily go another 4-6 years with the existing heater. He also let us know of the leak protections (drain pans and pipes) that had been put in place that we had no idea existed. SUPER honest and professional behavior - not to mention what a likable and funny guy he is.

Overall fantastic experience and we couldn't recommend him more!

No hot water and no regular plumber yikes!! Found Shawn on Yelp and called and left a message. Called me back in an hour. Came within an hour of speaking to him. He quickly assessed the issue went and got the part and came back and fixed within 15 minutes. Will definitely use him for future plumbing needs.

I needed a new ball valve & gas line installed more my gas range after a kitchen countertop remodel. Shawn came over the next day and was quick and professional. I definitely plan on calling him for any future plumbing/gas work I need done.

SUPER Shawn does it again, he really is the best! He found an obscure part for my OLD steam boiler and made it work like charm. Even busy as hell with much bigger jobs, he made the time to stop by on a few occasions and it is appreciated. I'll need a new boiler next year and will feel lucky and confident if he installs it. I know it will be done correctly and professionally.

PS- He was too busy for a job at my mom's but promptly got her some one else that she was very happy with.

Update 11/4/2016. Shawn has helped me with two smaller issues. An expansion tank and replacing a kitchen faucet. He has been very helpful and professional in all situations, I still highly recommend.
