They did work for a neighbor that caused property damage and floods my basement. I have paid $3000 and have no outside water source. Since then they refuse my business to fix the problem. Shady and most likely illegal in this I would never have trust for them at my property

I scheduled a day to meet with a plumber to figure out what it would take to get water to my property. I am from the east side so I drove 4 hours to my Chelan property to meet with the plumber and I told them that when I called. They said they were able to come on Saturday but would call me with the exact time (the scheduler confirmed with the plumber who was there with her).

On Saturday, I waited for them all day to arrive or call but they did neither. I called twice and left messages and told them I was leaving on Sunday and we may be able to meet in the morning since they obviously weren't coming on Saturday. Well, I was totally stood up! No call or text nothing! I could not get a hold of them. I had to turn around and drive 4 hours home. Very disappointed and can't understand how a company would be so disrespectful of my time.
