We live in the Memorial area of Houston. Our garbage disposal blew, spouting water and debris everywhere. We called Shaw and Doug agreed to come ASAP, even though it was past their closing time. Doug quickly surmised that the construction with a "90 elbow" was deficient. He replaced it, sealed it and we were good to go in less than 40 minutes.
