I have used Shaw Plumbing twice. Both times I was impressed with the work they did. Lonny came out his time and replaced a sink and a small water heater. The sink and the water heater both work perfect. The job was done in about four hours, the area cleaned up and cost exactly what was quoted. This company does honest work. You won't go wrong using them for your next plumbing job.

I contacted Shaw Plumbing when our old gas tank water heater died yesterday because of their excellent online reviews and BBB membership & rating. Their office noted my immediate need, did not have an opening for several days, but asked if I was willing to be on standby and they would try to work me in and get back to me ASAP. Within a couple of hours they called and were able to come this morning and install a new water heater. I had researched online and they recommended/installed the brand that received the best online reviews. Clay let me know he was on his way, was onetime, was very professional, did the install and everything was in place and working. I highly recommend.

I used Shaw before for a plumbing job and when an unknown upstairs tub leak came through the ceiling below, I called Shaw again. I was advised they could not get to me for another five days. Since I used them satisfactorily before, I accepted to wait for them. Mistake! When they did arrive the tech informed me they could not do the job for another 10 days. They were too busy with smaller jobs since this one would take two hours!
I talked to the office and was told, in so many words, that's the way it is!
I contacted another plumbing service and they came out the following morning, found the leak source and did the necessary repair.
One entire week wasted! That I could accept if the job was done by Shaw when they first came out, but the further delay and attitude by the office staff's indifference and lounge chair approach to the problem at hand was and is unacceptable.

When our shower curtain fell down, one of the decorative hooks fell right down into the toilet, far out of reach, causing a blockage! Of all the dumb things. Sam and Mekie were friendly and capable, and were able to snake the hook out and restore the toilet to functionality in about ten minutes, all in good humor. We appreciated that they first tried the least costly route (snaking instead of pulling off the toilet), and were upfront about pricing, which ended up being about half the amount we were quoted elsewhere. The scheduling staff were also so nice. It was a great experience working with them and we would use them again.

Took advantage. Charged us $450 for about 40 minutes of actual work. The plumber also made a huge mess that I cleaned up.

A pipe in the wall broke. Flooding. Turned off all water to the house. A friend recommended Shaw. They got here quickly and they fixed the leak, but they charged me $488 for 45 minutes work. The only part was an outside faucet. Then they had the temerity to charge me 3.5% additional to use my credit card. Needless to say, I was not very happy.

I had a leaky water heater that needed replaced and Shaw plumbing was booked out a couple weeks. I was worried because the leaking was starting to get difficult to control. They called me back and saw me the very next day! George was friendly and extremely professional. He took time to clearly explain my options. He replaced my water heater in a very timely fashion and then took time to answer all my questions. There was no mess left over for me to clean up. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely recommend them to my friends!
