Company Overview

In the early 1960s, John Shaver, a skilled plumber, launched his service business from his home. By 1968, he opened the retail outlet ""Shaver Plumbing and Heating."" The store was run by John, his wife Emily, and their son Gerald, who all worked as plumbers until Emily's passing in 1990. John joined Emily in passing in 1995. Following Gerald's untimely death, he changed the name to ""Shaver's"" and diversified the business to feature tools and excellent discounts. Christi and Billy inherited the store in 1999 after Gerald's unexpected death. In 2002, Shaver Plumbing and Hardware, Inc. was officially incorporated. Christi manages the store, and Billy is busy with his own business, Weld Rite, Inc. The product lines have been notably increased under Christi's management. A store remodel in 2005 brought in a paint department, a wider range of nuts and bolts, and Stanley Hardware. We provide services in air conditioning, plumbing, and heating, covering new installations and repairs.
