In the 1960s, John Shaver, an expert plumber, began his plumbing service from his home. In 1968, he established the retail store ""Shaver Plumbing and Heating."" The store was run by John, his wife Emily, and their son Gerald, who all worked as plumbers until Emily's passing in 1990. John followed Emily in death in 1995. Gerald renamed the business to ""Shaver's"" after his unexpected death and expanded its range to include tools and fantastic bargains. After Gerald's sudden passing in 1999, Christi and Billy became the new owners of the store. In 2002, Shaver Plumbing and Hardware, Inc. was officially incorporated. Christi oversees the store's operations, while Billy focuses on his own venture, Weld Rite, Inc. Christi has greatly enhanced the product selection. The 2005 remodeling sale added a paint section, broadened the nut and bolt inventory, and included Stanley Hardware. We provide services in air conditioning, plumbing, and heating, covering new installations and repairs.
