Carlos was awesome! He has come to my house a couple of times already and is returning tomorrow for another job. He is SOOOO knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing. I had a broken pipe! under my sink which I didn't even want to look at. He dove right in and repaired the main pipe going to my sink, and its been great ever since. Not only is he an awesome plumber who can do anything, he is respectful, comes on time, explains everything he needs to do and gives an estimate. And I think he is fairly priced. What i love and found so refreshing, he really cleans up EVERYTHING when the job is done. Once you try Carlos you will use him for all of your plumbing needs. I have been in my house for a long time, and he is the BEST plumber I've ever used. Thank you YELP for making me aware of Sharscotty Plumbing! They rock!

I received many replies to my request for a plumber to fix an outdoor spigot that sprayed water all over when turned on. Every one of those who replied -- except Sharscottyy Plumbing -- either gave me a flat rate fee for replacing the entire hose bibb, or gave me their number to call them to set up a time to come out and look at it to then give me a quote (phew). While they were getting the (ping-pong) ball rolling, Carlos from Sharscottyy Plumbing had asked me for a picture of the problem. He immediately saw that all I needed was a new vacuum breaker, and he also happened to have one with him. It was getting late so I preferred to wait until the next day, as this was not an emergency. Not only was his price WAY under the flat fees (who never even bothered to diagnose the problem), but Carlos gave me a discount when I talked to a neighbor with a similar problem who wanted his fixed too. Carlos was one of the first to reply, he was super fast in evaluating the problem and getting out here to fix it, he was professional and polite when he arrived, and he wore a mask and maintained social distancing the whole time he was here. Before leaving he showed us how the water ran out without spraying, ensuring we were satisfied with his service. I have now found my plumber and if I could give him 10 stars, I would.

I am so grateful for Sharscottyy Plumbing. When I moved into my new home, I found there was a gas leak throughout the house and didn't know what to do. I friend of mine recommended me Sharscottyy so I gave them a call. The owner was quick to respond even during a pandemic. The team came out and removed the old gas line and updated with a new a new one. It took just an afternoon, and I even had them come back to help me update the water heater as well.

Carlos was beyond helpful. I had an emergency and he came the next day to evaluate and suggest as fast solution. He gave free consultation as well, unlike other plumbers that wanted a consultation fee and some even billed by the hour. He charged a reasonable flat rate, helped me to buy the parts and resolve my leaking faucet issue in a timely manner. He is also super resourceful!!! I highly recommend him.
