Dennis is an independent plumber that doesn't have the high overhead that larger companies have. He is experienced and honest. He does great work. We have always been satisfied with his work. Some time ago we had a water line break where the line enters the house. He had a family emergency and was unable to do the repair. But he recommended a trusted plumber to address the issue. Others might have simply said 'Sorry' and left it at that. Tuesday he came to our house to check on leaking hose lines to the clothes washer. He was able to repair them immediately.

Awhile back, he was at my house for 15 minutes and tighten my toilet and it was $125.00. However he was at a friend condo today for less than 45 minutes and did a minor rotor router to her air condition that is inside and on the wall. I would definitely check pricing before using him. Could be the reason he is readily available...

I will be using Sharpstown Plumbing from now on. Very easy to deal with. Our water heater gave out and Dennis Hensley was wonderful. Gave us an estimate and replaced the following day. Brought it up to code, took away the old one and cleaned up the mess. Friendly, professional, prompt and reasonably priced. Can't go wrong with Dennis.

If this is the same company I've been dealing with, the owner is Dennis Hensley. Though he is personable, he is not dependable. It was difficult to reach him or to get him to call back. He did a couple of small things for me and though the service was slow, it was acceptable but pricey. Then I needed a major problem solved and it took weeks to get an estimate. When the price was accepted and the date set, I was told they would arrive early before it got too hot. I waited 4 hours. They were a no-show and didn't even bother to call me to let me know they weren't coming. I fired them and will not do business with them ever again. I absolutely DO NOT recommend them.
