I had a slow running floor drain, and condensation from my air conditioning unit was causing the drain to back up. My wife noticed that Sharp's/Bill's servicemen were at my neighbor's house next door. I talked with Lee, who said he would come over after he was finished at my neighbor's house. When he arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem. He explained the procedure as he worked, and about 10-15 minutes later the drain was running freely. Lee was very polite and courteous. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing concerns. Thank you, Lee.

I called this morning to inquire about an appointment and they put me on next. Within 90 minutes Brandon and Joe called and said they were on their way. When they arrived they introduced themselves and immediately worked the problem. They were here for 30 minutes and had it draining smooth. They connected the P Trap back and cleaned up the floor. I really appreciate their professionalism and definitely recommend. I will use again!!!
