A J.My sump pump gave out late on a rainy Saturday night. I frantically tried wet vacuuming at the problem- hoping I could hold out until morning to find a plumber. Of course this wasn't a solution, and at 2 am on Sunday I called Elias at Sharky Plumbing in desperation. He was at my house by 2:30 am! He was friendly, professional, and had a temporary fix rigged up by 3 am. He came back the next day and replaced the pump and took pictures and did a write up to put in my account. He provided timely written estimates (even at 2:30 am) and I could not be more grateful for his skill and flexibility.
