Last year I had them rooter a sewer line because of tree roots. Couple months they had to come out and rooter again. Last week I called again because backed up again. They give a one year guarantee. They set up a appointment for end of week and were no show and no call. I called beginning of this week and they said they would be out yesterday morning at 0800-0830.
I called them at 0700 to confirm . They were a no show and no call. I had another plumber clear the line. I do not do business with plumber who will not honor their guarantee and are not trustworthy or reliable. So be warned

Our current home over the past 3 years had the main sewer line clog and back fill into our house (A MESS!) 4 times. The last 2 times were 5-weeks a part. Shark Plumbing charged us a very fair price to unclog it and get us service. What was nice is they used a camera to find the problem and came out the next week to permanently fix it, also at a fair price! The owner, John, took the time to explain everything and evening responded to my text messages. Most recently our water heater busted and they were able to come out the next day with a new one. Also at a fair price. We have found our #1 plumber to call!

John and his guys were top notch. Had a sewer main break next to the foundation. Methodically, they checked several possible causes for clogging, including rodding and the camera, revealed the nemesis. John gave me the cost estimate and actually came under.... Emergency plumbing issues are never cheap. I asked John if he would consider an additional discount and he agreed... He also understood my ability to handle smaller plumbing issues and gave me sound advice concerning a nuisance issue... Thanks John!

Okay so we hit a flood about 6 months ago and we didn't use these guys for the initial review of our house after the water damage (we literally called the first person we looked up online - review on those guys later). However, my contractors use Shark Plumbing for the re-hookup of all my appliances (think new shower installed, washer, dryer, 2 dishwashers, and kitchen sink, plus the gas cook top). These guys are amazing. Gets the job done, takes the time out to answer additional questions that you may have about other projects and doesn't look uninterested or wanting to go. They came back for a very small drip that was happening in my kitchen sink (the old drain wasn't attaching properly) and not only fixed that but stayed and looked at aome other things that were giving us some concern.

No wonder these guys have 5 stars when I pulled them up on YELP. They will definitely be my go to plumbing and sewer guys from here on out.

Very few companies have customer service as their top priority and after dealing with these guys on multiple occasions, I think these guys have it right.

I have had Sharks (both employees and John himself) come to my home to replace a sewer pipe and to also repair my water heater. They are a family business that treats you like family. I find them to be reasonable, professional and honest. When my cousin had an issue with a floor drain and called me for a reference, I was very quick to confidently recommend Sharks to him and his experience was the same as mine. John was quick to return the request to call and set up an appointment to come take a look at a bathroom sink that slowly slowly drained (water would take around 12 hours to fully drain). John was such a nice guy, he took the time to explain what the issue was and what work would have to be done. Great experience!

We had a great experience with Shark Plumbing. We are remodeling our kitchen and wanted to move the kitchen sink from one end to the other which required the plumbing to be moved, old plumbing to be capped off and a roof vent to be installed. It was a tricky job because we had a thin half wall all the piping needed to go through. The team at Shark Plumbing showed up on time everyday and did quality work for a fair price. I also felt like they really took their time and were thorough. What more could I ask for? I am going to call them later today to see if they can hook up the sink now that I have countertops and cabinets!

We had a clogged toilet. After trying a plunger, a snake, and detergent and boiling water (we got this idea from youtube), we called in the pros. Dave arrived within a day of calling him and he immediately recognized the problem (wet wipes). After 1 1/2 hours, our toilet was unclogged. They resealed the toilet, disinfected the entire area, and even cleaned up the hallway leading into the bathroom.

These guys are honest and reasonably priced. We would use them again.

I had been dealing with a clogged kitchen drain since before Easter 2014 and the drain o wasn't cutting it, so I called in the professionals. Shark Plumbing (John) was professional, responsive and honest - basically just awesome! He arrived on time, did the job without incident and it was all at the quoted price. Like I said just awesome!
