Well, we've tried to use Shane for a few plumbing issues since he was so responsive and prompt before. He basically blew us off. He nonchalantly recommended someone else and seemed to care less about working with us.
Very confused and let down as he was great with 1st job. What the heck??? He truly seemed like a totally different person. We're so confused and done.

I called Mr. Gibson to remove the plumbing hookups from our silgranite kitchen sink after it cracked and had to be replaced. Mr. Gibson was congenial, easy to work with on scheduling, arrived on time, had the right tools, went right to work, and completed the job quickly. I asked him to address another small plumbing issue that I had and he also took care of that problem promptly. On his return trip to reconnect the sink plumbing, he again was prompt, congenial, and thorough. Btw, as he is quite a tall fellow, he will also change light bulbs on light fixtures in stairwells. What a nice guy!

When I have a household plumbing problem, I now call Shane. He came recommended to me from another plumber who wasn't able to get me on his schedule for an emergency leaking tub faucet. Shane was able to fit me into his schedule and come out quickly. As a single homeowner at the time, I was interested in what he was fixing - and how - so that maybe I could fix an issue like this myself in the future. He patiently walked me through the fix and I appreciated the time he took to provide great customer service. When it was time to sell my home and fix some unrelated plumbing items for the home inspector, Shane was able to come out and got the job done with quality while under a time crunch. He is now my go-to plumber recommendation to family and friends for home plumbing issues.

We had an issue with an outside spigot that happened to occur on the morning of Labor Day. We called around and received a number of very high quotes to even come take a look due to the holiday. After about two hours of calling other plumbers to we called Shane, who was on his way out of town, he changed his plans to come over within minutes and quickly identified and fixed our problem. It cost us a fraction of what the other companies quoted us, he did not charge us for an estimate, and there was no holiday surcharge. We are first time customers and will absolutely call him again if any issues arise.

Shane was super fast (20 mins), reasonable on his price ($100 clogged drain), courteous and neat. I'd recommend him for your stopped up kitchen sink, like mine was!
