Our water heater abruptly died. We called Shamrock, and from the receptionist on through to dispatch and the technician, my experience was the tops! The dispatcher didn't only set up our appointment, she also listened to what I believed was going on with our system, researched the serial number, found it was still under warranty and quoted the installation and the the amount we would need to pay after warranty. ((We had called a competitor and they claimed they needed to asses the problem - as mentioned before, it was DEAD - don't need a tech to tell me that. They couldn't / wouldn't provide a quote and disregarded any information we had concerning our particular water heater. In short, we spoon fed them, only to be treated poorly.)) Shamrock dispatcher also kept us in mind and when there was a sooner appointment she called us to arrange it with our schedule. On the technical / plumbing side; the service was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I can not say enough about how pleased we are for having called Shamrock! I feel I can count on them and WILL always turn to them for any and all our plumbing needs. Dependable quality business sometimes seems lacking ""these days"", but I am confident in suggesting them to family and friends. Thank you Shamrock Plumbing!

My water heater was old and leaking from the incoming water pipe as well as leaking from the bottom of the tank. They installed a new heater a couple of days later. The day they were scheduled to come, they gave an exact time they'd be there. No 8 hour window where I was sitting and waiting for someone to show up. He installed quickly, cleaned up his mess and was on his way. It's been a few months and everything has worked great. I'd recommend them to everyone.

I'm really disappointed with the level of service. I heard of shamrock from Radio From Hell and decided to try them. I'm a local interior designer and I'm often in need of plumbers for clients. I called the first time and they said someone would call me back. Never called so two weeks later I called again asking for someone to please come give a quote on installing a faucet and fixing a small leak. So Stan I believe is his name came out and looked at it and promised to send a quote and it's been crickets since for 2 weeks. I'll be moving on to someone else now...

I needed to have my entire house replumbed due to old galvanized pipes. The needed to dig down to the main, dig under my house and bring the water up through my foundation (my house is in a slab, no crawl space). They then ran pex to every faucet in my home. They bid a fair price and came in on budget. They did the work fast and did a quality job. This was a big job. I could not be happier. Shamrock has always been my go to plumber, and they once again did not disappoint!

We had been having trouble with low hot water pressure for a while. Finally broke down and set up a service call through thier website. I got a call from them early Monday morning, and set up an appointment for Wednesday morning. Our tech, Nathan, showed up promptly at our scheduled time. He quickly diagnosed the issue. Turns out I didn't need a new water heater, just needed to clean out the pipes coming out of the water heater. While he was here I had him check our water for hardness, I suspected our softner wasn't working properly. Its not, but that is a different story. He didn't try and sell me a new softner, I appreciated that. We went through the whole house to make sure all was working. He quickly fixed a couple trouble spots, and recommended some things I could take care of myself. He was very professional. I would highly recommend Shamrock, and will call them again if I need any plumbing services.
