Friday morning no hot water, temps near 100. Called my regular companies and they were out until Tuesday unless I wanted to pay the weekend premium price. Called Shamrock Plumbing and Steve was out within an hour and had my water heater repaired within an hour of arrival. Very reasonable price, no muss, no fuss, just quality, prompt, professional service.

I had a weekend emergency and gave them a call. He called back within a couple of minutes. I explained my situation and he gave me a solution to try over the phone. Within minutes my crisis was resolved and he saved me who knows how much money instead of taking advantage and charging me an emergency weekend call out. I've used them before and will use them again, just hopefully no time soon... ;)

One of my toilets was very slow when filling up the tank after flushing. The other toilet was just fine. I figured it was the mechanisms in the tank. I had replaced my own in TH I owned about 15 years ago and I remember it being a real pain. So I went on Nextdoor Digest and asked for recommendations here in Grants Pass and Shamrock came up as #1. Many reviews and all were great so I called. Steve answered and came right away. He was very friendly and did both toilets. I would recommend them highly.

Recommended by a very good friend. Called them at 1:15p and they arrived at 2:30p. Diagnosed within 10 mins and job completed by 3:20p, no joke! Hot water pipe in bathroom had a small hole so he replaced it. Steve was very friendly. I will call them again with any plumbing issues.

Can't say enough good things about this company! My garbage disposal was leaking, and being an old widow, I had NO idea what the problem was. I called Patrick at Shamrock and he came out in less than 30 minutes! He said the disposal was ""done"" and put in a brand new one in about 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and Patrick was knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend this company and, if I ever need a plumber in the future, will definately call them again!

This is the second time I've used Shamrock, the last was years ago. I discovered a leak under my house after 2 days of low pressure. But the other plumber I called, couldn't get to me for a week, but recommended Shamrock. So I called and talked to Steve who said he'd get to me in an hour.
