I have used Shamrock Plumbing several times on my own home for water heater install, general plumbing for blockages etc and I also recommended them to my landscaping clients for outdoor work for water main lines, sewer replacement, BBQs gas lines and heaters.

I had an inspection done on my crawl space recently and the report indicated a potential leak under the sink area due to insulation being damp. I called Shamrock and Les and Sean came over to take a look. They had to get into the cramped crawl space to figure out what was going on. Turned out to be a tricky leak in the drain pipe but they were able to fix right away. The wall under the sink had to be opened and the broken section cut out. Everything was done neatly and I am so glad they were able to fix it so quickly. Great service. Highly recommended!

I called them and left a message to my surprise they answered quickly. And sounded like they knew the problem over the phone. I was skeptical about the service and pricing. But to my surprise they fixed it quickly and the price was fair. I would definitely call them back and I would say I recommend them over most. I've tried other plumbers recently due to one plumber messing up my pipes and I had to fire him and another just made the problem worse. The last plumber fixed it and was good but too expensive and I had a feeling about him. This is the first company I feel comfortable with. Only thing is try and be on time to the appointments, I had to wait. But 5 stars all the way

Same day service and a fair price. Les is honest and reliable.
Called for a water heater repair and they were able to respond within 2 hours.
Replaced the thermocouple and did not try to upsell any additional repairs or work.

We'd been with warm water only (thanks to solar on our roof) for several days as my husband tried to fix our water heater. Finally, he bought one. I asked the Shamrock (Santa Clara) plumber working on our neighbor's house for an estimate to install the new one. He looked at the old one and tried to fix it first, even calling the manufacturer for us to check on warranty. Then he charged us only for installing the new one. His price was better than the other three plumbers I checked with, and he did it that same day. He went the extra mile for us and did an excellent job. I won't go anywhere else when (it's inevitable!) another plumbing problem arises.
