I had a major leak in front of my house and they were able to send someone over within half an hour of my call. The repair involves using a jack hammer to break up some concrete and digging up a lot of dirt to fix a pipe deep underground. Their price is very reasonable. Will consider using them in the future.

we called so many times, but no response for 4 days. Finally, we got to hold of them and they told us to call back. we had to stay in the hotel during the time because of the leaks, we couldn't use water. we waited 2 days and no call back.
we called again and made an appointment on 2 pm , they didn't even show up!!!
we used this company before and they were used to be good and prompt response so we didn't call other plumbing company.
we wasted money on hotels while we were waiting!
Cannot believed what they did to us!

We called Shamrock when we had a leak in a $650 kitchen faucet that had been installed by a different plumber 9 months ago. Shamrock took a look at the problem and didn't charge us for the diagnosis. They suggested we call the faucet manufacturer (Grohe) because of its warranty. Grohe was very nice, figured out the likely issue, and sent us a part. Shamrock then came back out and installed the part.

Our previous plumber just told us we needed to go and buy a whole new faucet. So we saved $650 by calling Shamrock! They're our new go-to plumbers.
