Criminal is the word that best describes my extremely unfortunate experience with Bill who owns this company. He quoted just over $4k to reroute the cold water line up and over a drop ceiling and through kitchen walls to sink due to damaged copper pipe leak under slab. I suggested he also replace hot water line since it would also eventually leak and he agreed. Told me job would take between 2 or 2 1/2 days to complete. Two plumbers showed up and completed entire job in under 6 hours including their lunch break. Afterwards I realized the materials used (inexpensive Pex pipe) and clamps cost maybe $100 at most and learned this job should have cost closer to $2K. I questioned their pricing and requested a partial refund but got denied. So I paid $350 per hour per man and that's a crime plain and simple. He originally assumed my condo association would be paying and maybe that's his angle. He even tried to bill my community manager separately $290 for leak detection service when that was already listed on my estimate under scope of work. Sorry I didn't shop around first but Pandemic was in full swing when this happened in April and we needed the work done but never expected to be ripped off. I welcome their response to my review by the way.

We are a condominium association who engaged Shamrock Plumbing to repair/replace the main water line piping and pumps into our small complex. Initially, they completed the work timely but also found additional necessary replacement work. In March, 2021, we make a sizeable 50% deposit to finish upgrading our main piping. To date (April. 2022), they have not only not done any of that work but will not return calls or actual visits to their office. Their responsiveness and integrity are currently at an all-time low in our mind.

Very happy to recommend Shamrock Plumbing for any plumbing repair. We've used them in the past, and today had them do a repair of a broken PVC pipe under our house. Within 24 hours of my call, the work was done in a very professional manner, at a very reasonable cost. Excellent fast service.

I needed a plumber for a clogged toilet and shower drain. I scheduled an appointment with Shamrock last week Thursday when I'd be home. Wednesday morning, Sean asked to come that day since they were in the area. My nephew was home, so I agreed. Two plumbers showed up and they snaked the drain, they were here for about 30 minutes. They left my floor, toilet and toilet seat filthy (they snaked the toilet, so it was that kind of filthy YUCK)! They did not tell me the charge before or after. The plumbers did not take payment before they left. No one called me to explain the problem. I called the next day when I was home and spoke to Sean. He said he was going to email me an invoice, I would not be charged for 2 plumbers since they were in the area and my invoice would be between $185 and $240. Friday afternoon, I received an invoice for $385 and I was charged for 2 plumbers and $25 for PPE for each plumber!! When I responded with a reminder that we discussed the bill and this was much higher than what I was quoted, Sean offered me a $50 first time customer discount!! How generous!

They totally took our money and ran! A very large sum and did not finish the job.

Left message with the answering service during a normal weekday day. Service advised they must have gone home early. Plumbing service never returned call (or never got message).

Shamrock Plumbing has been consistently perfect when working on our home. They have put in a new water heater, replaced toilets, unclogged drains and installed a new garbage disposal. They are the most professional business that I have seen in the past 10 years that I lived in Naples, Florida. I will never use another plumbing company for any reason because I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experiences with Shamrock!

We needed a plumber to fix a water leak outside due to someone hitting our water meter. Called this company and spoke to dispatcher 3 times, promising he had contacted the technician. No one ever showed up. Thank goodness that we were able to secure a reputable company to fix our emergency leak. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Shamrock responded quickly, the very next day, to install a sink and trash disposer that the oldest plumbing company on Marco Island said could not be done. Missy/Mitzi and a young man, who answered the phone on his lunch break away from the office, both were friendly and efficient, getting the job scheduled and our job done. Two workers teamed to do a fast job, surprisingly doing drippy water assembly with their hands and parts inside a large bucket to avoid getting water on the floor. The workers were careful, good natured, and skilled. Thank you Shamrock!
