We had a issue with dirty water from our kitchen sink going into our dishwasher. We didn't realize until the water started leaking out of the dishwasher onto our floor :( . Shamrock was able to send someone within 2 hours of my call. The technician Jason came and was very friendly, took his time, and was very thorough in figuring out the problem, fixing it, and testing it. Would definitely use them again.

DO NOT get work done by this company! I had my house re-plumbed by them and immediately afterwards, I had a leak in my guest bathroom that ended up causing extensive damage to the floors in my master bedroom. When their plumber came out to inspect their workmanship, he confirmed that the issue was caused as a result of the re-pipe. When the owner came out, he told me that it wasn't their fault and blamed shoddy workmanship from the home builders for a pipe being disconnected. Which is funny, because I had no plumbing issues in my bathroom prior to them coming out and working on my house. Now I'm stuck with a shower I can't use and warped wood floors all through my master bedroom. Save yourself the headache and find a better company to do any major repairs on your home.

Don't call them unless you know for sure that you need work done! They do great work BUT I just had to pay $125 (service call) for them to look at my meter and tell me """"You don't have a leak!"""" Took about 3 minutes. I think $75 would of been reasonable.

I called first thing in the morning and were able to schedule a technician for the same morning (this was a Tuesday). The staff (Sebino) was very courteous and were good at explaining the problem. A bit pricier then expected ($147 for replacing a flush valve), but the service was great and it was super efficient. Totally recommend.

I am a single woman living on my own for the first time and had a simple clogged toilet that I couldn't seem to fix. The kind man who answered the phone took the time out of his day to teach me the proper way to plunge a toilet over the phone and I was able to fix my problem. A+ I will definitely be using Shamrock when I truly need plumbing repair.

The plumbers went out to my mom's (she is 75 year old) house and replaced the water heater and charged her for a std. electric tank water heater $950. It was my fault for not knowing she was doing this and how this company took advantage of the issue and my mom. I called around and most companies would done it for +/-$600. A new water heater at Lowe's cost $350. I called them and e-mailed them my concerns and they did not take the time to call me or e-mail me back. The invoice had very little information about the unit they installed and when I asked they did not respond. Be careful with this company and there costumer service!

had a water softener install on my house. They came out, advised me on what was needed prior to the installation and then explained all the details about the system to me. When they were done, we had a nice water treatment system that looked as good as it works. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank You!

Shamrock plumbing did a great job re-plumbing my home. I could not renew my home owners insurance unless I re-plumbed my home. They did the entire job in one day, which included three bathrooms , a laundry room, three additional sinks, hot water heater and three outside water connections. Their price was very fair, the crew was friendly and the guys that did the follow up wall closing did a quality job. The professional job of the entire crew was amazing ! A month later I thought they had cut one of my A/C ducts in the attic during installation because my bill was so high. They came back the next day and checked all the attic for me and assured me their were no broken ducts. It turned out my A/C switch was broken. I would definitely recommend Shamrock plumbing for a job well done and their customer service follow up.
