I've used Shaffer Plumbing twice now. First time was when I needed to change some valves and install a Phyn (water leak detector). Ty was able to install it without a problem. He was extremely honest and mentioned that this was his first time installing this unit. And he did a great job. Just had Ty out again to do a few odds and ends and he took care of that too. Pricing is fair. Glad to have a trustworthy plumber in the neighborhood.

I needed to find a plumber that I could trust who is licensed, local, and had positive reviews. We have been burned by many contractors so I was extremely wary of finding another person to come into our home to fix a very small leak and a jiggly handle in the master bath.

We are so DELIGHTED to find Shaffer Plumbing. Jeff Shaffer, the owner, came out to assess our master bath shower and our hall bath shower. For the master bath there was a very slight leak near the controller and the handle was jiggly. Jeff knew exactly what needed to be done and replaced the cartridge and cartridge extender. He had the parts with him, did extra items like remove the water restrictor because the water flow was less than desirable, and caulked the trim plate (which was not caulked before by the previous contractor). For the hall bath he looked at the wall that we still had opened and determined that it was the lipless bathtub that was the issue.

It's the little things that make all the difference. Jeff is super polite and professional. PEACE OF MIND is what you will receive with Shaffer Plumbing. Fair and affordable prices. He was finished in less than an hour!

Also, per the Contractor's State License Board, Shaffer Plumbing has a B- General Building license AND a C36 Plumbing license. RARE!

We will definitely use him again if we have plumbing issues.

Shaffer Plumbing was great!

Shaffer Plumbing is an outstanding outfit. I've had them out a number of times, and every time they came they were professional, efficient, and, most importantly, honest. One time I was trying to track down a leak that I feared was a slab leak. I had three different plumbers out, including Shaffer, to try and detect the leak. The two other plumbers told me that they had detected a leak inside the house and told me I needed a re-pipe. Shaffer told me there was no leak inside the house and told me instead to look at the outdoor piping. It turns out that was exactly where the leak was. Because of their honesty, they saved me from spending a ton of unnecessary money.

Shaffer plumbing staff were professional and friendly. They arrived on time although they had texted me when they thought they would be few minutes late. A toilet needed to be replaced and there was a leak under the kitchen sink. The toilet was replaced on the first visit and the sink, due to complexity, was rescheduled for few days later and the second visit was as smooth as the first.
