I had my tank less hot water heater evaluated within a day because it was an emergency. Not only did this company beat the price of the prior plumber, the two guys who worked on the unit, Jeff and Ty were very kind and stayed through their lunch break to get our hot and cold water back on for the residents staying in my facility. Great expert service. Nate was able to discover a pinhole slab leak that had flooded my kitchen area. He exhausted all other possibilities before he cut open the drywall in back of the dishwasher; where he showed me the water burbling out of a sheath that surrounds the pipe exiting from the slab.

I didn't think that this kind of service still existed!
I called Jeff at 11am and explained my problem. I sent him photos, he gave me a price and scheduled to come out at 2pm. He was on time and fixed my seized faucet cartridge in 15 minutes. I had a plumber out earlier in the day that gave me a quote for $550!!
Jeff completed the job and it was $275.
Way to go!! I will call you again!

We had an old wall mounted toilet from '60s that stopped flushing, and my husband found Jeff on Yelp.

It turned out to be a big job that involved opening the wall, breaking the tiles and jack hammering the cement, and putting everything back. After we agreed on a price and he located/purchased/delivered a wall mounted toilet, Jeff found that normal toilet will save us a lot of money in toilet itself and labor, and asked us if we wanted to switch it. We were so grateful, and bought a $200 toilet at Lowes.

It took a week to complete the work. I met 3 of his crew and they were all very nice to work with and on time as well. Jeff was always easy to get hold of and dropped by often to check progress. The pricing was very reasonable and they did an excellent job. I don't know how they found the old matching tiles, but when it was all done it looked like nothing has been touched. Let me also add that Jeff even introduced us to an electrician who came to fix some complex wiring issues on a day's notice--he was just as nice to work with. It was a pleasure and it feels great to have found a dependable business to call in the future.
