I had a shower leak which required a new inexpensive (~$18-$40) shower replacement cartridge. The bill for this service was $395.00 (and they discounted $25 for Seniors!) making the total bill now $370.00. So...if you have no problem with a non complicated install of an inexpensive part and paying $395 ($370 if you're a senior), then Shadrach Plumbing is for you! I personally have a problem paying that!

I had the pleasure to meet with a team from Shadrach Plumbing and Cooling. We has an issue with the grinder in our kitchen sink and they not only took care of the problem, but they explained in detail what cause the issues in the first place and provided suggestions and recommendations to avoid similar issues in the future. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs a reasonable, reliable and professional service.

It's not easy to find plumbing companies that can service tankless hot water heaters, even though some will tell you they do. Shadrach sent Richard Novak the morning after I called them. He was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed and repaired a problem we've been dealing with since installation 4 years ago. He explained the problem, how he would repair it, then gave us an estimate before proceeding. These guys give a 1 year warranty on their work. Wow! They're our plumbers from now on. Great work!

Louis, our technician, was top notch. He took his time to ensure the quality of work was excellent vs. rush through the job. I am very happy with the work, as well as, the service. We had used Joe Ciotta Plumbing before, and Joe retired - selling the business to Shadrach.
Jason, the owner, came by to give me an estimate for a new water heater. I was shocked by the price and got 2 more estimates. All three estimates were withing 5% of each other.
Seth installed the water heater, re-did all the copper tubing, and corrected all the non-code installation errors from the previous installation. These corrections complicated the installation and required 5 hours of labor to finish the job. Jason stuck to the estimate.
Very professional, courteous, great contact with the office concerning arrival times. 5 stars an easy review.

When the number for our old plumber of 25 years linked to Shadrach Plumbing and Heating I left them a message with my issue. I got a call back from Kristine who explained how they had been chosen to take over for my retired plumber. She was professional and set up an appointment for Jared to review our plumbing needs. He arrived on time and was both knowledgable and professional. We ended up having them install a tankless water heater. Jared did the installation. The unit is beautifully installed and we're very pleased with our decision. Jared also told us something he advised against doing rather than doing what we were asking without telling us why it wasn't a good idea. Shadrach Plumbing and Cooling is professional and trustworthy. We'll use them in the future.

They inherited me as a customer from Joe Ciotta Plumbing. Called them the first time because of a water flow problem in our commercial building. They returned the call quickly and were professional. They've got a terrific texting system to confirm, and remind you of, the appointment. Also got a text on the appt day to let me know the name of my tech and that he was on his way.
Jared was professional and polite, presenting himself with a smile and a handshake. He listened to the problem and asked questions as necessary. This time, it seems that I didn't actually need his help - he turned me over to the gentleman that inspects my backflow because he was pretty sure that's where the problem was (he ended out being correct). We walked through the steps of 'what if that's not the problem' and how he'd help after the backflow guy visited. I only got charged their visit-fee, which seemed totally reasonable to me.
They have a secure way to accept your credit card payment when they visit, which I appreciated because our business is so small that I didn't bother to order checks.
Pleased with my experience. I hope we don't need them again, but if so I wouldn't hesitate to call!

I live in Fountain Hills and was looking for a local business to repair my toiilet. The toilet's water was running contiuously where i had to shut the water to it. I have used Shaddrach Plumbing before and was verry pleased with their work! Jared was on time .He appeared very professional. He used plastic shoe coverings while in the house. i directed him to tfhe toilet that needed repair and he knew exactly what the problem was. He proceeded to fix the toulet and was very meticulous. His price was very reasonable. I'll continue to used Shaddrach.
I love that they are a liocal company here iin Fountain Hills!!

Josh, after your diagnosis of the plumbing problem at my house, I was NOT advised of any costs associated with your calls or costs of parts. It NEVER occurred to me the bill would be $693.00. Perhaps you should give your clients estimates in writing.
My previous statement stands...I will never use this company again. The costs are outrageous!
