Had such high hopes, but in today's world of incompetence I was let down once again. It's been 3weeks and 179$ and I've STILL GOT A WATER SOFTENER FLOODING MY HOUSE AND GARAGE. They showed up Sunday for basically no reason and left with my garage still flooding. I MYSELF was able to get on YouTube and figured out how to reroute my water without the softner and later was able to find I needed to replace my float. I, a woman with NO PLUMBING background, FIXED MY OWN WATER SOFTENER and now I can't get any response on getting my money back. Just one more business out to bend people over! THANKS FOR NOTHING BUT A HUGE MESS AND AN EVEN BIGGER HEADACHE.

We had a commode which needed a new seal. This company came and removed the commode to replace the seal but they placed the commode on our wood floor making holes in it and they scooted the commode on the floor taking the finish off. When we reported the issue and took pictures of it they sent someone out but this person just put stain in the holes and on the scraped floor and that was all. Our bill that day was over $500.00 but our floor damage was more than that. Find someone else to do your plumbing not this people.

My experience with Shaddix and Son's Plumbing has been far less than acceptable. They were quick to charge me for their service only to double charge my account. When I called to let them know they began misleading me with a series of deceitful statements. A week later they said ""the reimbursement check we sent but was returned by the USPS"" -- then days later -- ""It was mailed out on Saturday"" -- then a week later -- ""if I don't have the money I can't reimburse you"" -- then another week later -- ""call your credit card company and have them reimburse you"" -- to where we are now, four weeks later, hiring an attorney to pursue legal recourse. I just don't want them to victimize other seniors. I will not be using them ever again. Integrity is everything and sadly, Shaddix and Son's has not demonstrated Oklahoma values. I do not recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My husband and I worked with Joe back in July. One of our rental properties was experiencing issues with the hot water. I found Shaddix & Sons on Thumbtack and the reviews seemed great, so we decided to give them a try. Everything seemed fine with Joe. He communicated well and seemed to be attentive. He told us we would need to replace the current water tank in the home with a brand new one. We gave him the approval to do so and agreed to pay a percentage of his quote upfront and then make the rest of the payment once he was finished with the job.
MISTAKE #1: Joe installed the new water tank in the closet that was made for a stackable washer and dryer. Instead of asking us, the OWNERS, if he could install the tank in that small closet, he asked the tenant. So now, if our current or future tenants wanted to have a stackable washer and dryer in that home, they cannot, because this genius thought that would be a good idea. MISTAKE #2: Joe did not cap the wires on the tank, which could had led to a very dangerous outcome for the tenant.
We had to call Joe to come back to that property several times after installing the water tank, because the tenant kept complaining that the hot water was not working. The very last time Joe came out to work on the tank, the hot water issue seemed to be fixed. We paid the rest of the balance since the job seemed to be completed. But just in case the hot water issue came back, I asked his assistant, Ashley, who handles his phone calls, if there was any warranty on the new hot water tank. My husband and I assumed the tank may have been faulty since it had failed to work properly after it had been installed. I wanted to know from Ashley would we be charged if Joe had to replace the tank. Mind you, I have the majority of our conversations via text, and she texted me exactly these words:
""Yes, if something happens give us a call we'll come out and fix it warranty swap it if we need to we do a one year warranty on our labor and parts and then it also comes with the manufacturer warranty"".
Sounds great, right? Not!
Only 3 months later, our tenant just reached out to us this past Sunday to let us know the hot water is not working again. I called Shaddix & Sons and spoke with Ashley. She informed me that Joe would come out the following day to assess the issue. I asked her again if we would be charged if Joe finds that the hot water tank is faulty and we'd have to do an exchange. She told us if he finds something that was done incorrectly by him, he wouldn't charge us, but if he has to exchange the tank, he was going to charge us for the labor. When I asked her what about the one-year warranty for parts and LABOR that she told us we had? She gave some BS answer and basically told us the installation of a new tank does not count. Fast forward to the the next morning, Ashley calls me to let me know that Joe told her to let us know he does not want to provide service for us. Shockingly, I ask, ""Why not?"" She tells me it's because he had problems getting paid from us. BULL SH*T! We paid these scammers exactly what they quoted us (Which was around $1600+ dollars) and we paid on time. (I have the text messages to prove it). I brought up the text messages to her to let her know I have proof they had no issues getting paid from us, but she could care less. She lied and said she would speak to Joe about it and give me a call back. Did I receive a call back? Absolutely not. My husband tried to call Joe, and of course he's not picking up the phone.
I cannot believe how unprofessional Joe turned out to be, because he seemed like a nice guy at first. The REAL problem is Joe just didn't want to bring his trifling self back out to the house to fix something he messed up. Now we're out of money and we have to find another plumber to come and fix the mess Joe has made. And from the recent reviews in these last few months, he seems to be pulling this kind of crap with his customers. Hire Shaddix & Sons if you want to; you'll definitely be sorry.

I had used Joe on several jobs because I liked his responsiveness; that was a huge mistake. I would not recommend his services to anyone. On August 2nd, I reached out to Shaddix and sons regarding a leak reported from one of our guests. The guest reported that the leak was coming from the master bathroom shower. I called Joe(The Owner) to give him all the details that were reported by the guest. Later that day Joe, went to our unit to investigate the leak only... he didn't. He did not investigate the leak coming from the master bathroom shower. He went into the incorrect bathroom (upstairs guest bathroom) and repaired a wax seal on the TOILET. We were under the assumption that he investigated the problem and found a resolution, but in actuality, he did not follow instructions and proceeded to fix something that was a nonissue. Three days later, we had a different guest in our unit. Side note: this is a short-term rental hence the frequency of guests. Back to the story at hand, our new guest reported the same issue to us. Per the guest, the leak is coming from the master bathroom shower. I called Joe to inform him of the issue again, and his response was, and I quote,"" is there another bathroom upstairs adjacent to the middle one?"". As in the master bathroom!! When Joe went to investigate the issue after the second guest's complaint he replaced the master bathroom Toilet wax seal. Again, it was a nonissue but he fixed it! We trusted and assumed that he was fixing the problem. Joe then suggested returning to the unit to use a camera to check all pipes throughout the unit. Several days after, Joe returned to the unit to check the pipes.
When he used a camera to check the master shower drain. He discovered that a new shower pan drain would need to be replaced. On August 22nd, we shut down our Airbnb for the week to allow Joe to fix the shower pan. On August 24th, our cleaners sent us a video of a more severe leak from the pantry. At this point, I'm perplexed, I reach back out to Joe so he can check this issue AGAIN. He went to inspect the unit again, but interestingly enough, he could not give us a diagnosis of the problem. Based on his response, we thought it best to get a second opinion. We contacted another plumber because I'd lost faith in Shaddix and Sons. Guess what the other plumber informed us?!? Not only did Joe never replace the shower pan; but in the process of him ""repairing the drain,"" he CUT the p-trap! Which caused an even more severe leak.
To wrap this timeline up, we hired a second plumber to fix the damaged p-trap, had a tile company replace the shower pan drain, and had to use a handyman to patch up the removed sheet rock that had to be cut to fix the p trap. It took 28 days for me to resolve this issue. On September 2nd, I contacted Shaddix and Sons via email and phone to ask for a refund for the past three services that didn't fix our leak but made it worse. Pretty reasonable right? Not only has Joe ignored our requests. He hasn't even apologized for cutting the p-trap which we showed him proof. All we asked is for a full refund for the 3 times he was supposed to fix the problem and didn't. As of September 19th Joe never once called me back; he's only exchanged text messages. I've only talked to the office manager who tried to get Joe to contact me. DO NOT USE SHADDIX AND SONS; JOE TOOK NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND DID NOT ATTEMPT TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM.

If I could give zero stars I would! I called this company to come quote me on a bathroom remodel , thy came out did the quote! I demolished the bathroom myself and called for another quote! This time they stated I needed to pay a deposit of half to book the appointment! So they quoted me $1215 I paid $607 and scheduled for Saturday! Saturday comes around my bathroom supplies haven't arrived so I contacted them hrs before my appointment stating that we had to reschedule because none of the supplies where in... but they insisted on coming out.. so I let them come out and nothing like I said could be completed the parts where due to arrive on Monday!! I asked them will you be here Monday cause I have to have this job completed they stated yes .. Monday comes around no one shows up, now they need two people to complete the one man job that he insisted on doing Saturday with no parts! So I had to hire another plumber to get the job completed by end of day on Monday! I contacted them for my deposit back and was told that they where keeping my money!! So DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
