These people invented the word professionalism, courtesy, informative, fast service. Seriously. I called them for an issue at my daughters house. They came out next day. The air kept going on, then off for 3 hours, then on again. It was a simple float device getting clogged. They fixed it. The repair person was very nice, knowledgeable, fast, cleaned up after. No problem since.

My compressor blew sat night. Sha came out Sunday, tested it, yes blown a/c.
$195 evaluation cost on a Sunday. Monday the owner came out for a replacement cost estimate for the whole system. Mine was 17 yrs old. I also called 5 others. ( shhhh.. didn't tell SHa) Four of the others couldn't come out till tues/ wed.. It is the middle of summer and 90 degrees out. One gave me an estimate using the exact same model numbers SHA gave me. They were $5000 more... SAME STUFF. Sha had the product , came the next day, installed the whole system in 6 hours. They also took the evaluation fee $195 off the cost...Cleaned up. No mess. I just received
the warranty paperwork and info from the manufacturer. ALREADY filed. SHa did it for us. 12 yr parts and labor... Ill be a lifelong customer & will refer any and all to these great people.... TY Mike & Nancy Troutman

I have relied on SHA for over a decade, and wouldn't consider a change. I get responsive service no matter what the issue. I have little to no knowledge about HVAC technical issues, so it's very important to me that I can trust the excellent SHA technicians for diagnosis, advice and repair. The office staff is unfailingly courteous and friendly.

STAY AWAY, STAY FAR AWAY! When I was having problems with my heat pump, I called SHA Mechanical, hoping they could come out quickly and fix the problem. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told there would be a service call fee. Which I didn't mind as long as they fixed my heat pump. Two days later the ""technician"" shows up, removes the cover on the heat pump, looks at it and tells me I need a new system! He didn't use any diagnostic equipment, no meters, nothing! Just told me I needed a new system! Then he said someone else did the new unit sales and I would have to make another appointment for them to come out.

Thinking SCAM! I called another HVAC company and their technician checked my heat pump with a meter, replaced one part and fixed my heat pump for $300!

To add insult to injury SHA still charged their service call fee.

I have done business with SHA for over ten years. This company is simply the best. Every time I have had an issue, someone has always come out the same day, and problem solved. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
