DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!! Our tenants had a shower clog; Hans tried and could not snake it out. He wanted to come back to replace 15 feet of drain line. I said okay to the price he quoted me. He told me he'd be back in 45 minutes after picking up parts. After waiting 3 hours, it was clear he was going to flake. No call, no response to my texts and calls.

Very unprofessional... tenants were not happy and ready to book a hotel at my expense. Hans left me hanging on a Saturday afternoon, scrambling to find someone to come out.
I was stressing out... Do not call these people!!

If you can't do a job... be honest and don't leave the customer hanging!!

My husband found Hans here on Yelp and we couldn't be happier with his service. He is professional, informative and trust worthy. He said he would arrive in about 2 hours, and would call if he was delayed, he called when he was close and arrived within 2 hours. His rates were reasonable. We will use him again, and recommend him to family and friends.

SGV really knows their stuff! Yes, at first I was a little skeptical because they didn't have many reviews.... but then I thought... I should call them. From the beginning I could tell they were professional, prompt and when the job was complete.... they earned a new customer and deserved another positive review! I actually didn't asess the problem accurately... but Hans made sure he would remedy the problem. He put in more time and work and didn't charge for the extra! I use to work as a carpenter back in the day.... so I know a good worker when I see one... and this man is definitely a good AND honest worker! I'll be calling if I ever have any plumbing problems.....
