Freddy is amazing. Very skilled and experienced. Found a leak in the back of my ac coil when the other company could not. Replaced my AC coil when the other company wanted to replace the entire HVAC system. AC now works great. Thx Freddy!

We used Sgt Paul 11 months ago. I checked my last review. I'm not sure what has happened since then, but the service call on May 10, 2023 was unacceptable. I was told the filters that I use were bad quality when I use 3M. I was told that the freon needed was not available, but truthfully it was, but the tech didn't want to bother. He told me that if we purchased it, he would come back and put it in. I called someone else and we are back in business. Customer service was awful and I most likely will not use them again. Very disappointed.

These guys are the very best. We had a real emergency and these guys came and took care of it right away. Chad and the crew were great and understood our plight. They stayed with the repairs and made sure everything was safe and working. This is not the first time they have come through for us, always an awesome experience. Highly recommend them.

Called about a heat pump problem in the AM, was here early PM. Methodical diagnosis of a fairly complex problem, and parts on the truck had me up and running in short order!

I have nothing but GREAT THINGS to say about this company!
I called to make an appointment because the air conditioning was not working in my 94 year old mother's home and with her age and health I was very concerned about her getting overheated. When I called, I told them I needed service, (at this point had not explained it was her home and her age) they explained to me how they worked. As I was giving them contact info I then said it was her address, Sgt. Paul asked how old she was, I told him and he immediately said he was on his way out and had his secretary take the phone to get info. He had stated that elderly and Military come first! How REFRESHING to have someone with that much respect for the elderly and Military in our community!
I am aware as he was working, that he had other clients that he needed to take care of and had promised to get to. He did not rush the job and did a excellent job of taking care of her in a VERY PROFESSIONAL manner. He was GENUINELY concerned for her well being and I am very GRATEFUL for that!
Thank you for having such wonderful customer service, and reasonable rates. You have definitely earned a new customer!!

Wow, I don't even know where to start. Never have dealt with a company that is so rude. I had called yesterday to get an appointment for the serviceman to come see about our central air unit, was told someone would be here between 9 am and 12 noon. Well 12 noon came and went without seeing or hearing from anyone. It is my opinion that it is the best customer service if you want to attract and keep customers that you contact them if there will be a delay in the person showing up to give the quote. I had to call them and ask where they were and if they were coming. I was told they will get to me next. Another hour and half later still no one or no phone call. I called back and told them that I am cancelling the appointment and what did I hear? Even worse customer service, they hung up on me! Gee whiz, I guess they are rich and don't need any more customers. Oh well, they are not the only people who work on these things. So they just lost my confidence in them and their business.

Came out the day i called. When John, the tech, realized he needed to order the part asked if we had alternate heat. Went out of his way to explain what he was doing then explained it all again to my husband when he brought the part to install. Stayed a few minutes to make sure the house was warming up. Recommend this company highly.

Sgt. Paul's replaced the trunk line to our HVAC system and added insulation to our attic. They went above and beyond in completing this job. They worked in a very hot and cramped attic. Chad gave the estimate and headed the crew. He was very dependable, easy to communicate, and never complained.

I had the best service from Sgt Paul himself. He came out late and had the parts to fix my HVAC. I didn't feel like I was being sold things I didn't need or being taken advantage of because I'm female. I highly recommend him for any service you need done!
