I called Sewer Technicians of America today because we were in urgent need of a plumber--our toilets were backed up. They responded quickly and sent out Danny to help us. He gave me a courtesy text and call to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated because it reassured me that someone was coming.

Danny was professional and thorough. He used a camera to assess the situation and provided us with clear options. We decided on installing a cleanout in the front yard. Not only did we not have one before, but he suggested installing it in the same area where the problem occurred--talk about solving two problems at once!

I was especially concerned about extra costs if concrete had to be broken, but Danny listened to my concerns and managed to avoid breaking any concrete during the installation. Everything turned out great, and I couldn't be happier with the result.
