Wanted to get a sewage pump decommissioned as it's no longer necessary. Called them on Tuesday, got an estimate on Wednesday, then got it removed Friday. Edgar was easy to get ahold of and friendly. They were careful to avoid a water line servicing a back yard hose bib which ran near the pump, and clearly communicated exactly what they'd do, and anything they discovered. They backfilled the hole with rock, hauled away all the waste, and even raked the gravel. I'm not highly aware of the going rate here, but the price felt reasonable to me. If I have needs that they can address in the future, I will definitely consider them.

We selected SSnW to address a break in our rain drain system. Edgar arrived on time, and completed a very compressive assessment, as well as scoping the system which we were not expecting. Edgar was a very professional in his approach, and we did not feel like we were pressured for upgrades or for services that we not needed. I used Sewer Surgeons NW to replace the piping from the house to the curb as the existing original clay piping had root invasion. keep in mind that the house was built in1909. Edgar first came to scope the line and at that time he did a great job of explaining and showing me what the problems where. He then gave me some options, and what he felt was the best one, on how to fix the problem. I went with the pipe bursting method. They completed the job on time and on budget. Edger and David did a fantastic job on protecting my lawn, sprinkler system and sidewalks. Both were very professional and extremely knowledgeable on plumbing. and at no time did I ever fell pressured to use their company. in fact I really enjoyed working with them and will not hesitate to use them again in the future if needed.
